Handmade Crafts and Jewelry - Direct from East AfricaUgandan Craft Market sells a variety of crafts handmade in East Africa by local artists and craftspeople, including baskets, jewelry, handbags, baby mobiles, Christmas nativities, hand crafted artwork including batik and inlaid designs, toys, and some other items. We use the proceeds from the sale of the crafts to pay the school fees for children in Uganda.

My name is Margaret Asiimwe Lahaie. I grew up in a rural village in Western Uganda. I met my husband Brent when he came to Uganda in 2007. Since 2010 we've been married and living in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, raising our family of five children.
